Spring Fork Front Fender

Replica Spring Fork front fender features one piece spot welded skirt panels and correct width braces. Fender has one hole on each side for the mounting point at the fork rocker area.

Fender is for use on models with rockers on the inside of the spring forks. It does not have a fender lamp hole. The fender measures 7-5/8 inch wide at middle of fender. We suggest pre fitting the fender prior to painting. Fender includes narrow braces and a one hole type mount that is located at the rocker stud point. Before priming or painting fit the fender body braces and mounting points in place. Fender rivets hing and brackets will have to be tweeked for final fitment. Patience is a must for proper installation. Fitment is for I-beam type forks only. Top holes which mount to Spring Fork must be drilled by restorer. Steel reinforcement insert is supplied to be spot welded in this placement. The top mount holes in fender must be drilled by installer before painting. The fender is 10-5/8 inch between the brackets that mount to the rocker studs. Mounts to rear studs. Fender features braces that are 5/8 inch wide.
