Sold as a set of 2. When mounting a rigid rear fender or sissy bar on 1986-99 Softail models fender will move with Swigarm. 3/4 inch axles has collar built in for adjuster screw primary for softail but can be adapted to rigids with 3/4 inch axle. *NOTE: For sissy bar fender installation with axle adjuster with integral mount tab.
