Bobbed 3.5 Gallon Gas Tank Set

Gas tank set uses 1975-up petcock with nut and has a fuel capacity of 3.5 gallons. Features left side petcock outlet.

Tank accepts stock dash and speedometer and features bobbed tank type mounts. Order screw bung cap set and petcock separately. Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean condition and seal. This will help to stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check petcock opening making sure the petcock can be easily installed. Petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of petcock. All tanks or tank sets will require hand fitting to give correct alignment for dash and fuel line fitment. Dash will also have to be shimmed when installed to achieve correct height. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
