The petcock opening should be masked or plugged during paiting for easy installation of the petcock. Will fit later years  if fitted with carbruetor and standard 22mm petcock type nut. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged  inchoversize inch for shipment  as compared to the actual weight  which will result in higher shipping costs. Factory sample is a brand new production part but may have imperfections in the finished  surface. Check threaded and bearing holes for excess plating before installation. There are no physical defects  such as cracks or holes  there will be cosmetic imperfections only.
